We have created a quick video to show everyone how to pronounce and form the first 4 letters/ graphemes we have learnt. We hope it is helpful to you. Please practise these letters with your child using the letter cards we sent as part of the phonics phase 2 pack. We are aiming for all children to be able to read and write these graphemes as well as hear them within CVC words. If you need any further support or guidance please contact a member of the Reception team.

This 20 minute Zoom presentation was held for reception parents to find out how we teach reading at Springbank and how we teach phonics in Reception using the Read Write Inc Scheme.
